Description:
 Come watch and discuss two TED Talks on leadership. In "How Great Leaders Inspire Action," Columbia University professor Simon Sinek presents his "Golden Circle" model for inspirational leadership, and uses some of America's greatest leaders as examples. The second presentation, "The Surprising Habits of Original Thinkers," comes from author/professor Adam Grant. He examines how creative people generate great ideas and describes three unexpected habits, like welcoming failure. Short discussions will follow each video.
